What led me to this career: Law aligned with a lot of the strengths I have, as an individual but also from an academic standpoint. I was always great at English, Business, and History. Research also came easily to me throughout school, and I also enjoyed keeping up with international news and legal updates. When I added the pieces together, I found that law was a great fit for me.
In my downtime I like to
Take walks. It helps clear my mind

I enjoy swimming, leisurely though.
Recommended read
Q and A by Vikas Swarup- but it's better known by its movie version, "Slumdog Millionaire." I think it's one of those books that’s so well written and jarring that 3 hours wouldn’t be enough to really deal with the themes the book presents. Especially with the humility and rigor that Swarup does it with.
Favourite game
The Sims 3. The newer Sim games don’t have much life to them. I like the classics

Name one thing on your bucket list?
Sailing, completely. I'd also like to own and name a yacht.
If you could choose any person from history to be your friend, who would it be and why?
Princess Diana. I think she embodied the grace, poise, and humility that I would wish for myself. She also had the ability to connect with others and an empathy that surpassed her life. Outside of that, she was fun and charismatic. I think being around her might challenge me to be kinder, more open-minded, and help me lose a little.
