Pupillage Programme

Your path to excellence begins here

Our Pupillage programme comprises a one-year training period. Our Trainee Advocates have the opportunity to rotate into different practice areas during their pupillage training. This allows our Trainee Advocates to make an informed decision regarding the practice area they ultimately seek to specialise in. We recruit our Trainees at least a year in advance of them completing their studies at KSL.

It is therefore in your best interest to submit your application for our opportunities before the closing date.

Rotations

We firmly believe that our law graduates’ will achieve the best level of experience and learning through exposure to different practice areas. For this reason, they are provided with the opportunity to rotate through different practice areas. Our intention is to provide them with the practical experience for them to explore where their niche lies and gain wide ranging practical experience that will stand them in good stead wherever they may ultimately practice.
