What led me to this career: A calling that grew into a genuine passion for Justice, a fascination with the commercial side of law, and a keen interest in lawmaking. For me, law seemed like a powerful instrument that shapes how we live, the choices we make, and the consequences that follow. My curiosity for law peaked while I was in another industry, where I became intrigued by the nuances of clauses, legal interpretation, and the art of lawmaking.

If you could choose any person from history to be your friend, who would it be and why?

Mmmh… top of my list: Nelson Mandela. I would love to listen to his stories about historical injustices and ask him why, after all that hardship, he still chose compassion, unity, and forgiveness. And somewhere in that conversation, I’d tell him how much his words — “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” — still guide the way I think about growth and purpose. Another worthwhile mention is James Baldwin. But that’s a topic for another day.
